Product Use and Supervision
Chalky Chums products are designed for creative play, but safety is our top priority. By purchasing from Chalky Chums, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Adult Supervision Required: All Chalky Chums toys and craft kits must be used under direct adult supervision.

• Choking Hazard: Our products or broken pieces of our products may present a choking hazard. They are not suitable for children under 3 years of age (or older, depending on the specific product guidelines).

• Material Safety: Our toys are made from Plaster of Paris. While generally safe for crafting, it is strictly non-edible. Do not allow children to put the plaster in their mouths. Inhaling plaster dust should also be avoided.

• Limitation of Liability: Chalky Chums and its owners shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from the use, misuse, or mishandling of our products.
